MEDA is faced with numerous challenges on its way to achieving its noble objections.some of the major challenges are as outlined below:

• Students are unable to pay the minimal fee regularly at our training departments
• Sponsoring of College/ University Students
• Donor fatigue in soliciting funds for MEDA programmes.
• Inadequate staff due to financial constraint in salary and / or incentives.
• To sustain the volunteerism spirit of the youth as they need to be supported
   in the long run.
• Inadequate space of MEDA center to cater for the increased demand of services
   to the community.
• Higher expectation of the community

• To improve our resource center and Programs
• To increase Field officers and community workers
• To create study circles between educationists, students and community members
   to address various issues related to education.
• To strengthen income generating projects and start an endowment fund to support
   our programs.
• To establish a permanent center fully owned and propagated by MEDA.
